Refund Policy

At Rooted In Tea, we want you to love your order. Because our products are personal-use items, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item.

Returns: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credit or a replacement may be offered.

Exchanges: Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable: Opened/used products, sale items, and gift cards.

Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was ours.
